Delivery Timeline
Our products are handmade with care, which means they take time to create and ship. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. We appreciate your patience and support for artisan craftsmanship. Some products that are on the shop floor are ready to ship within 3-5days. Custom order earrings take about 5-7days to ship.

Shipping Coverage and Fees
We offer free shipping on orders of $300 or more within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
For orders under $300 or deliveries outside the GTA, shipping charges will be calculated based on the actual rates charged by our shipping partners. These charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist you in filing a claim if needed.
