You can submit a request through our Custom Order page. Share your ideas, colours, and hardware preferences, and we will follow up with pricing and a production timeline.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production on all custom designs.
Production time depends on the type of item and the level of detail.
• Crochet earrings: usually 3–7 business days
• Crochet bags: usually 2–4 weeks
Custom timelines will be confirmed in your email quote before you pay the deposit.
Each custom piece is made to your specific colours, style, and preferences.
The 50% deposit covers materials and reserves time in our production schedule. Once we start planning and sourcing for your design, it cannot be reallocated to another order, so the deposit is non-refundable.
