HOCD reviews your request and confirms availability, timeline, and pricing before work begins.

Step 3

Confirm with a 50% Deposit

Once your order is approved, a 50% deposit is required to secure your slot and materials.

Step 4

Crafted & Completed for You

Your piece is handmade with care. Once completed, the remaining balance will be due before delivery or shipping.

Please note: Custom orders begin only after the 50% deposit has been received.

How long do custom orders take?

Each piece is handmade, so timelines vary depending on design and availability. You will receive an estimated timeframe after your request is reviewed.

Is the 50% deposit refundable?

The deposit secures your materials and production slot and is non-refundable once work has begun.

Can I make changes after submitting my request?

Minor adjustments may be possible before work begins. Once production starts, changes may be limited.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You will be contacted once your piece is completed and ready for delivery or shipping.

Do you accept rush orders?

Rush requests may be considered depending on availability. Please include your deadline in your request.
